Since broadband internet service is now so widely available, the Society has decided that the time is ripe to begin the introduction of various broadband-dependent facilities on the www.rayment.info website. The first of these, a sound archive, was launched this morning and others will follow in due course.The sound archive can be accessed from the front page of the website by clicking the link entitled "Audio Library." Apart from a normal computer equipped with a sound card and loudspeakers, together with a standard audio player such as Windows Media Player, no special equipment or programs are needed in order to use the new facility. |
