The Beatles performed on many TV shows during the early part of their career, presented on this Video-CD are eight
appearences that have mostly remained unseen since their original air dates back In the sixties. This disc begins
with The Beatles appearing on "A Big Night Out" hosted by Mike & Bernie Winters. The show was aired on ABC Television
on September 7, 1963, and although this version of the show Is abridged, The Beatles performances are complete. Second
up are two seperate appearences on "Thank Your Lucky Stars", the first transmitted on October 26, 1963 performing one
song, the second from December 21, 1963 with all performances In tact. Next up Is a rare appearence on "The Morcambe &
Wise Show", although filmed In December 1963, not aired until April 18, 1964, this Is complete with comedy sketch. The
Beatles made a guest appearence on "Shindig" recorded on October 3, 1964, although not screened In the U.K. they mimed
to three songs, this copy of the show Includes an un-dubbed version of "Kansas City". The Beatles made several promotional
films on November 23, 1965, what follows Is a rare out-take of the boys eating fish and chips whilst miming to "I Feel Fine".
Another TV-special named "Blackpool Night Out" was recorded live on August 1, 1965, also hosted by Bernie Winters, Included
here Is an uncut film of The Beatles performance on that show singing live six songs. Finaly, as a bonus feature we have
Included a rare snippet of John's solo appearence on the Peter Cook and Dudley Moore show, "Not Only But Also", aired on
Boxing Day 1966. This shows John appearing as a lavortory attendant!

Another compilation of early Beatles TV performances, previously available on Apple Rom's CD-ROM Video discs.
These clips have been upgraded from the earlier releases, with little noticable compression when viewed through
a DVD player. Total play time, 68 minutes.
