Blackpool Night Out 1964
This concert was originally aired on Sunday July 19th, 1964. The Beatles
performed in the summer edition on Mike and Bernie Winters ITV networked
Big Night Out Show.

This material has surfaced a couple of times before, so what makes this
disc different, you might ask? The first time this concert made it to disc
was on the Strawberry label (STR-011). The sound quality on that disc wasn't
very good at all. Second time around, it was on the Unicorn label, which
used the same source as this disc in an untouched state. What's the
difference between the Unicorn disc and this one then?

Sound processing unformation
The concert has been speed corrected, the original source was completely
running at the wrong speed. Since the concert was extracted from a television
broadcast, it contained a very high frequent broadband
noise, which has been carefully removed. Some bigger clicks and pops have also
been removed. Now, for the first time, the Blackpool performance sounds as it should.
