'I WILL' SESSIONS

    (UNBOOTED SECTION)

EMI Studios, London, September 16 1968

This unreleased section was not Included on Vigotone's
'Turn Me On Dead Man..The John Barrett Tapes' It Is
the same Reel from E70549 as Included on those CD's, but
for some reason the Bootleggers left this part out.

I have 35 seconds of this unreleased presong chatter and
rehearsal, but there purports to be over a couple minutes of
     this session circulating amongst collectors.

     John Barrett Tapes
     ------------------
'There has been a lot of talk about the John Barrett Tapes. Well I had the
pleasure of hearing all of the tapes and not everything had been put out
unfortunate. Let's start with Reel from E70549 the tape starts with Paul
ad-lib "Where the ashes been" Paul sounding like Elvis leading right into
Down in Havana. Paul ad-libing "You know how much I love you" followed by
John saying "tell us all about it Paul" Paul Starts singing "When I was down
in Havana with all these senioras." this went on for about a minute. After
the ad-lib's Paul continues with Step inside Love/Los Paranois nothing
different here. The next song Paul sings is The way you look tonight . The
song that follows is more of an instrumental jam with everybody just playing
lasting for a one minute and fifteen seconds I don't know the name of it as
it's more of a jam instead of a song. The last song on the reel is Can you
take me back lasting a total of two minutes and twenty-four seconds that
almost twice as long as the version what Vigotone put out. As I listen to
more tapes I'll post my findings'.
