7.         Village ‘tidy up’ initiatives:

Best Kept Front Garden Competition 2002 - report of working group

Village Clean Up Day on 27 April 2002 - to consider arrangements.

Dog Bins - update on emptying provision and decision on location.

8.         Village Signs .                                                                                                                    (i)             Plaque to commemorate the Riseley Turnpike established in 1802                 to decide on location and arrangements for unveiling by Alistair Burt MP on              25 May.

9.         North East Bedfordshire Community Liaison Forum - Chairman to report                   on meeting held on 4 March..

10.       Riseley Web Site - Chairman to report on volunteer who has offered to set                 up a village web site.

             11.       Celebration of the Queen’s Golden Jubilee - (I) update on plans; (ii) road                            closure for lower part of Gold Street; (iii) participation in street procession.

Date of the next meeting 18 April to be preceded by the Annual Parish Meeting at 7 p.m.
