The Common Moral Cause are an exciting nine piece outfit who combine an eclectic mix of urban jazz, funk, hip-hop, R'n'B and soul to create a fluid funk flava that they can call their own. Their unique sound and engaging live performances has already seen them play numerous sell out gigs across the country and make appearances at the London Astoria, Oxford's Zodiac and the Jazz Café. Their debut EP Causality (the principle that there is a cause to everything that happens) has just been released. "…their
eclectic combination of Hip-Hop, Drum'n'bass, funk, latin and jazz guarantees
a great night out." "…
it's easy to get captivated by the beautiful tones of the lead vocalist,
the rap from the second vocalist, the enigmatic three piece brass section
and the strong drum, bass, keys and guitar. The dual vocals work superbly
well. The audience falls totally for the Cause." |
