	After Denethor's death and their heavy losses, many of the surviving Nandor joined the Sindar (Grey-Elves) in Doriath. Those who stayed in Ossiriand became the Laiquendi (Green-Elves). (Other Nandor had remained in the woods of the Vale of Anduin)
