Story 5

The daughters of Adam and Eve were so pretty and fine in bodily form that angels forsook their heavenly position to come down and marry them. This was against God’s law and he chose to punish them through a faithful man called Noah. God brought the deluge upon mankind and all living things to destroy the evil upon the Earth.

Basically God commanded Noah to build an Ark to house his family and all wildlife he wished to survive the flood. God gave Noah the details of how to build the Ark and its dimensions and also what to put in it and how to feed themselves and the livestock. And Noah did just so.

When angels married the daughters of men who gave birth to giants

6 It came to be that men multiplied upon the surface of the Earth and they had good looking daughters. 2 Then the angels of God began to take notice of the daughters as they were good looking and they married all the ones they chose. 3 To which God said “My spirit shall not indefinitely plead with man. His life span shall be cut to one hundred and twenty years.”

4 The giants were also living upon the Earth and the angels continued to lay with women who gave birth to sons, who were the mighty ones of old; the men of fame.

God commands Noah to build the Ark

5 God saw that the men were bad in abundance and their every inclination was corrupt. 6 God felt regret that he had ever created Man on the Earth and felt hurt in his heart. 7 So God announced “I am going to wipe the men, whom I have created, off the face of the Earth; from man to livestock, the moving animals and the flying creatures of the sky, because I so regret having created them. 8 But Noah found favour in the eyes of God.

9 This is the history of Noah.

Noah was a good man. He proved himself faultless amongst his fellow men. Noah walked with the true God. 10 In time Noah fathered three sons and called them Shem, Ham and Japheth. 11 The Earth was filled with corruption and violence. And God looked down at the corruption and all the people, who were bad upon Earth.

13 After which God said to Noah:

“The end of people shall come, because the Earth is full of violence as a result of them, and I am going to bring to ruin those together with the Earth. 14 So, build yourself and ark out of wood from resinous trees. You will make compartments in the ark, and you must cover it in- and out-side with tar. 15 And this is how you shall build it: three hundred cubits in length, fifty cubits in width and thirty cubits in height. 16 You will make a roof for the ark a cubit in height. You will put an entrance into the side. You will build it with a lower story, a second story and a third story.” 17 And as for me I am going to bring a flood of water upon the Earth to destroy the people under the sky, in which the breath of life is active. Everything on the Earth shall die. 18 “And I make an agreement with you and you must go into the ark, you, your sons, your wife and your son’s wives. 19 Every creature of flesh, two of each, you shall bring into the ark to keep them alive; male and female. 20 Of the flying creatures according to its specie, of the livestock according to its specie, and of the many animals according to their specie, two of each will go into the ark to keep them alive. 21 And as for you, take yourself edible sorts of food and you must gather it and it must serve as food for you and them.”

22 And Noah did accordingly to what God had commanded him. He did just so.

The bad angels had children with Earthling women and they gave birth to a sterile hybrid of half human and half angels, who were the giants. In many lands there are stories of Giants like “Jack and the Beanstalk” and many more. These probably originated with the stories Noah and his family told their children. So, Noah was a loyal and faithful man who loved God and wanted to do what is right and he began to do all that God commanded him. Wasn’t he a wise man, because if he didn’t we would not be alive today since mankind would have perished in the flood.
