Version 3 of their software is now available - and it is much(!) better than the previous versions... reliability of their servers still seems to be an issue.... but my opinion of them isn't quite so bad as it was; but the lack of stats is getting more suspicious as time goes on...

I Received a check this morning for just over £51... so I can confirm that they are paying out... The check was hand written! (which is bizarre... but perhaps explains the £3 check printing and postage fee!) over the past 5 months their server / connection / software proved to be reliable... and the pay-rate quite reasonable... 'recommended'

04/SEP/00 - Alladvantage
Alladvantage have reduced their rates and the number of hours UK members can surf, however I think they are okay (reliable/honest!). They are trying to get new members to join a 'daily lotto' type draw instead of traditional paid-to-surf type banner schemes, personally I think the banners are better, does anyone else have comments on this??? Is paid to surf proving unprofitable or are they just attracting a new market???

07/JUNE - Alladvantage
Many US surfers are unhappy that Alladvantage have reduced the hours they can surf, this does not affect UK users. They have however increased the payout level to £20. (So you will need to surf for a couple of months till you get paid because you probably wont have enough credit after the first month)

More importantly, Alladvantage seem to have been having some problems lately involving connecting to the server (i.e. the viewbar cannot connect to the add server and so the green light doesn't come on = you don't earn..... this is an intermittent problem though it seems to be happening more frequently (the same thing is happening to surfers in other countries too)

BePaid have apparently released their 'Advision' software to some users, users are receiving an email when the software is ready for them to download on a 'first come' basis. Watch this space for more news. - update 07JUNE - still not available!!!!

 

Sooner of later (if not already) someone is going to realise that PTS schemes as a great way of making money for themselves and not passing on the profits to the users (you and me). These people will perhaps make money from collection and sale of your personal information, or by making you watch advertising banners with no intention of paying you properly for it!.

There have been roomers circulating about some schemes be less that honest (and I personally believe that some of the schemes on this site are not paying as much to their users s they perhaps could be! - hence some of the low scores) however I have yet to come access a scheme that is outright dishonest.
