05/05/2002 The Sony Ericsson P800 is now available to pre-order from Expansys within the UK. It has tri-band GPRS communications capabilities and includes Bluetooth. Symbian OS 7.0 provides support for mobile Java applications, MMS, web browsing, WAP and i-Mode. 05/05/2002 This looks like fun- it's called Tempest and is a variation on the classic Othello game. It differs in a number of ways that add excitement and new dimensions to what is already a great game. In Tempest the moves are timed (starting at a frantic 3 seconds) Score is all-important in the tournament. more details |

Wrist PDA lets you download and store important personal data from your handheld using infrared beaming. ![]() 02/05/2002 After a long discussion with iambic we 'eventually' decided on the winning logo/magazine cover- it's from Sean Charles and is pictured above. The decision was made on a number of factors but the main one being how good it looks when viewed on a Clie and this proved to have the most impact- well done to Sean who wins a copy of iambic's Bump Attack Pinball. I have also received some very good content for the Clie World Magazine and the following have been given out over the past week or so:- Brian Emick- Breakout and PilotColumns George Birman- Handstory Suite 2.0 and Time Place 4 Sean Charles- another program (tba) for a superb article for the magazine If you want to contribute to the magazine let me know as I will do my best to offer a reward for your efforts. |

I will be asking iambic for their input in the decision making as they are providing the main prize- Bump Attack Pinball. The winner will be announced tomorrow along with the winners for the news entries.
