MATTERS ARISING:-

Rules for Kent Pairs Knock-out to be decided at A.G.M.

PRESIDENTS REPORT:-

Two local juniors were entered into Dover District Council Young Sports Personality Awards. Emma Davies and Tom Wells were both awarded £100.

TREASURERS REPORT:-

Nett Balance less Competition accounts £1072.71p Pro. T.Hills. Sec. J.Gardner.

SECRETARYS REPORT:-

1) J.Rogers proposes that B.Solley be made a Life Vice President at the A.G.M.

2) A copy of a letter sent to English Nature has been received. The letter from a resident of Dungeness complains of Anglers leaving "enormous amounts of rubbish, sewage, beer cans etc " he also states "We do not want them in designated car parks - we do not want them at all" The N.F.S.A. are asking ALL ANGLERS to please take all rubbish home not from just Dungeness beach but from any beach or pier that they fish! Or there is a chance that they will not be allowed access to fish some of these beaches. Mr. Barrett would like to thank P.Tapp and Mr Hills for there work with English Nature and the Enviroment Agency concerning the access to Dungeness Beaches.

3) A copy of the updated fixture list to be sent to neighbouring N.F.S.A. Divisions in an attempt to stop clashes of major competitions.

4) Would all clubs who have e-mail addresses or web sites please forward them to the secretary so they may be put on the N.F.S.A. website. N.F.S.A web site address is www.nfsase.co.uk

A second tankard was sent to last years winner as he had not received the original.

European and all England comp. If anyone is interested in helping to organise this competition for the year 2002 please contact the secretary, it will be a shame if this competition is allowed to fold completely.
