Minutes of Annual General Meeting Held at Dover S.A.A. Monday 22nd January 2001 PRESENT:- A.Yates, Chairman. J.D.Barrett, President. J.Padmore, Treasurer. J.M.Rogers, Secretary. CHAIRMAN'S REPORT:- The past year has seen the introduction of catch and release in the League Match we have experienced a few hiccups and hope to be more organised in the next series. Catch and release is the way to go for the future. NFSA have put forward a proposal for individual anglers to pay a subscription which will include insurance cover as club insurance will no longer be available if new proposals go through. Clubs will be able to have their say at the NFSA AGM in April. It is nice to see some big fish being caught in the S.E.Division. PRESIDENTS REPORT:- David Rowe is going to do Roadshows in each Division to explain in more detail what the new proposed memberships fees cover. TREASURERS REPORT:- Report
attached. STANDING COMMITTEE REPORT:- Further discussion on new membership proposals. SECRETARY`S REPORT:- A local club asked if the ban on T.Libby still stood and it was agreed that the ban was indefinite. LEAGUE SECRETARY`S REPORT:- Pairs

A.O.B:- All information on competition dates, minutes of meetings, etc Can be found on the Divisions Website at www.nfsase.co.uk KCC are again looking for juniors under 18yrs to be entered in the Triangle Sports Award Scheme so if any club has any junior who they feel has achieved recognition please enter them forms available from KCC Meeting Closed 9pm. A short delegates meeting followed MATTERS ARISING:- A copy of the pairs rules attached if any one has something they would like to see changed could they please advise the Secretary or attend the next Divisional Meeting on Feb. 12th at the R.M.A. Deal . A meeting of team captains was held at end of match to try to resolve the problems. A discussion was held and a proposal was made. 1) Proposed by T.Hills A penalty of 1 fish point be made for last round incorrect cards with a warning of disqualification if cards incorrectly signed at next match. For 6 Against 4 A letter from the Chairman to be attached to the bag labels for the next round. A.O.B.:- D.Andrews asked if League Matches could be spread around the Division as most matches are held at either Deal or Hythe. J.Rogers asked if the Division would consider holding an Open Charity Match in aid of the Kent Air Ambulance the Division agreed with Date and Venue to be decided at next meeting.
