A short
Delegates meeting was held after the Discussion with Mr David Rowe
concerning the proposition for Individual Membership being put forward
at the A.G.M.

MATTERS
ARISING: -
Change of Venue for the 3 Man League the 1st Match to be held at Minnis
Bay instead of Gravesend due to Foot & Mouth restrictions.
To obtain the key to the lock at Dungeness please contact Seagull
Tackle or P.Tapp
SECRETARY`S
REPORT: -
A letter was received from the Marines A.C asking if T.Libby was still
banned from N.F.S.A. Competitions, the Chairman replied stating that
he was banned from N.F.S.A organised competitions and that he was
considered Persona Non Grata.

Dover Harbour Board has erected signs along Dover Seafront saying
that NO FISHING ALLOWED. J.Barrett to consult Angling & the Law
to see if this is allowed as the Magna Carta states that anyone can
fish between the High & Low water mark. It is also possible that
fishing will be banned on Shakespeare beach, as it is also owned by
the Harbour Board. David Rowe to take up the matter on the Divisions
behalf with the Harbour Board.
