MATTERS ARISING:-
Charity Match-
Book in from 8am on the concrete road.
Weigh in at the Pilot Pub, no later than 45mins after end of competition.
Prizes-
1st 40% of entry fees
2nd 30% of entry fees
3rd 20% of entry fees
4th 10% of entry fees

Raffle £1 per strip all proceeds to the RNLI
Raffle prizes- Penn Reel, Rod, Reels, Ferry Tickets, Channel tunnel tickets plus others.
Optional Pools-
£1 Heaviest Fish
£1 Most Fish
£3 to be split into 1st and 2nd for each zone

PRESIDENTS REPORT:-
The standing committee have agreed to pay for miniature trophies for the N.F.S.A Junior Shore Championships.

SECRETARY'S REPORT:-
As from the 1st April new laws concerning Child Protection come into force J.Barrett to look into how it will affect Organisers of Junior Clubs.

3 MAN SUMMER LEAGUE
19TH MAY SAMPHIRE HOE 12 noon - 5pm
2ND JUNE SWALE 4pm - 8.30pm
16TH JUNE BREAKWATER 10am - 3pm
23R JUNE GRAVESEND 9.30am - 2pm
7TH JULY GRAVESEND 9.30am - 2pm
£50 ENTRY PER TEAM £10 on the day plus £5 optional pools

A.O.B:-
Mike North is looking into the 3rd party Liability insurance being offered by the N.F.S.A.

Ray Page suggests that until we know which clubs have re affiliated the matter of the insurance could cause some problems.

It was suggested that all fish should now be measured or weigh in metric.

Alan Edgington is still waiting for the Cruise Liner dates to see if access to the Admiralty pier will be affected during the summer months. Also that the new toilets on the Admiralty pier are now open.
The repairs to the railings are still ongoing. Damage to the breakwater is still being assessed.

A carving made out of wood from Walmer Castle is to be presented to Japan, and the Ceremonial robe, given to the three men who recently returned from fishing in Japan, is to be donated to Walmer Castle.
