Chairman's
Report:
The Kent Pairs Knock out was a success but fishing during 2004 was
hard.
President's
Report:
It was with regret that the president attended the funeral of Mary
Page who was the wife of the President of the NFSA.
During 2003 the chairman of the NFSA had to retire from office through
ill health.
2004 is the centenary anniversary of the NFSA
Although the Federation is suffering with a few problems at the moment
we hope that 2004 will be a good year.
Treasurer's
Report:
Net Balance at 28th January 2004 is £700.26
Secretary's
Report:
Nothing to report and no correspondence.
Standing
Committee Report:
As most of the meetings are now held in Buckfastleigh it is not easy
to attend the Standing committee meeting's.
League
Secretary's Report:
There was no league held during 2003.
The finals of the Kent Pairs Knock -out was held on Shakespeare Beach
and the results were:

Yates and John Wells - Folkestone SAA. 3lb 13oz
Shane and Sean Giles - DAC1919 3lb 11oz
Congratulations
to Alan and John.
Presentations were made to all finalists.
Can the division say Thank you to Bill Solley for allowing access
to the gate next to the Admiralty Pier.
