President's
Report:
John Barrett attended the funeral of Win Kingston who was secretary
of Seabrook S.A.A. as well as being a Life President of the division.
Standing
Committee Report:
John Barrett attended the recent standing committee meeting.
Personal Members Boat Championship is being held on Sat 3rd / Sun
4th July 2004 at Beaumaris, North Wales.
Hilary at head office apologized for the problems with the Direct
Debits for memberships hopefully everything should now be ok.
A possible proposition for the NFSA AGM is to make Mike North a Life
Vice President.
J.Barrett has been asked to present the prizes at the Home internationals
being held on Samphire Hoe.
Chairman's
Report:
The chairman would like to congratulate all the juniors on their selection
and to wish them luck in the Championships being held in Spain
Secretary's
Report:
The secretary received the list of Specimen fish winners; very few
were entered from the S.E.Division.
Although P.M's. can enter their own fish, it is up to the clubs to
enter any specimen fish caught by their members to Head Office.
League Secretary's Report:
Could any one who wishes to fish the Kent Pairs Knock Out please let
Steve Allmark (01304 373104) know as soon as possible as the first
round draw will be at the next meeting. Thank you.
Treasurer's
Report:
No Invoice received for trophies purchased for the AGM.

A.O.B.:
Deal and Walmer request a Tide table for 2005.
Deal and Walmer A.A. Centenary Match: Sunday 9th May 2pm - 7pm. Entry
fee £5 because of Insurance issues only anglers that are affiliated
to the NFSA will be allowed to fish and all juniors under the age
of 16yrs must be accompanied by an adult.
Deal and Walmer are also entering the carnival on July 29th 2004.
South
East Division's Centenary Beach Comp and Barbecue July 25th at Walmer
Car Park: Fishing from 1pm - 4pm followed by Barbecue and Raffle.
R.Page is to acquire a Barbecue.
Gazebo needed in case of bad Weather. J. Gardner has one to loan.
Raffle prizes - Donations
M.Godden is to purchase Drinks and Rolls at a discounted price.
J.Barrett is to obtain the charcoal.
There is a Problem with obtaining T-Shirts.
