Development”eshte Kompani ndertimore Britaneze e cila eshte konstituar

“Chelsea Point”ne Fushe Kosove pothuaj se ka perfunduar , me tendece
te fillimit te ndertimit te kompleksit te ri te ndertesave ne
Prishtine ne lagjen e ashtuquajtur “Te spitali”.
Misioni i kompanise
Qellimi i kompanise eshte qe te perhape standardet e ndertimit
Britanez, te ve ne pah shkathtsite e ndertimit t’hovshem ne nje
regjion te zhvillimit te shpejte siç eshte Kosova, gjithashtu sjelle
risite e dizajnimit te objekteve ne stilin Britanez. Siç e dime shume
qytetare Kosovar jetojne e veprojne ne Evrope dhe Amerike, gjate
analizave qe ka bere kompania jone, treguesit e suksesit na bejne me
dije se tash keto qytetare jane mesuar me standardet e larta te
jeteses dhe do te donin qe kete standard te larte ta shohin te
implementuar edhe ne Kosove. |

About us
"Chesea Point Development" is a UK based property company that has
been set up with the specific intention of building high quality
residential and commercial properties in Kosovo. Our first development
in Fushe Kosove it's almost complited, with the second development in
Prishtina in so called neighborhood Te spitali.
Mission.
The aim of the company is to introduce British building standards,
controls, and skills to a rapidly developing region, whilst also
bringing something new in terms of design. As many Kosovar Albanians
are living all over the Europe and America, our research tells us that
many of theses people have now become accustomed to higher standards,
and would like to see these standards being re created in Kosovo. |
