About us
"Chesea Point Development" is a UK based property company that has
been set up with the specific intention of building high quality
residential and commercial properties in Kosovo. Our first development
in Fushe Kosove it's almost complited, with the second development in
Prishtina in so called neighborhood Te spitali.
Mission.
The aim of the company is to introduce British building standards,
controls, and skills to a rapidly developing region, whilst also
bringing something new in terms of design. As many Kosovar Albanians
are living all over the Europe and America, our research tells us that
many of theses people have now become accustomed to higher standards,
and would like to see these standards being re created in Kosovo. |
