A full-membership Business Meeting is held on the 2nd. Monday of every month (except August) at 7.30pm in the Greenmeadow Golf Club, Cwmbran.

Meetings of these committees are held as required either at Greemeadow or at the home of a member of the appropriate committee.
Representatives of the club attend 4 South Wales Regional Meetings per year at Swansea (see link to South Wales regional site on the links page).
