Jim Twyneham first appeared on Leicester Sound in January 1992, presenting a Sunday night show from 10.00pm - 1.00am. This show ran until April 1993, when Mark Keen replaced him.
Interestingly, Mark Keen used to say that Jim had a voice that "melted the microphone", as it was very soft, in a similar way to Bob Harris.
