PAUL HEATHERLEY

Paul Heatherley presented the Saturday afternoon sports show on Leicester Sound, Sportsbeat, which ran from 1991-94. Paul presented it for much of 1992-93.

A regular part of Sportsbeat was the Cash For Goals competition, in which you had to phone in and guess how many goals would be scored in that afternoons football games in whichever competition Leicester City were playing in. I entered this competition every week during the whole of it's run, and never won it!

Paul left in 1995 to work with developing broadcasting and entertainment facilities at Leicester City Football Club, and is still there.
