Workshops

A Linda Straw Workshop gives students the opportunity to learn the method that enabled her to produce such world famous quilts as the Armada in 1988, Romeo and Juliet in 1990 and the Madeira Millennium Embroidery in 1999. It will also include a visit to Linda's studio at The Tower House.

Inspired by literature, art, history and costume, Linda shows how to interpret your interests in a rich and sumptuous way. She believes passionately that everyone can develop the skills necessary for the work and has for sixteen years been teaching in Europe and America to both beginners and advanced participants.
