This document provides a brief description of the book
Morphological Image Analysis published in April 1999 by Springer-Verlag [
2] (readers more familiar with the German language should refer to the German edition [
1] instead). It also contains some additional materials such as C code, a searchable BibTeX bibliography for all cited references, new and additional references, and corrections of detected errors. Comments and suggestions are welcome.
