• On page 78, replace $r(x) = \max[g(x+k-o-1),h(x+o)]$ with $r(x) = \max[g(x+k-o-1),h(x-o)]$.

• On page 102, replace Fig.4.13 e with and Fig.4.13 f with .

• On page 252, replace the caption of Fig. 9.18c with $f_m=\vee_\theta \gamma _{L_\theta}{T}_{[0,127]}(s')$. Notice that the range [0,127] is equivalent to the range $[-\pi,0]$ when the wrapped phase is stored in an 8-bit unsigned char array (see text).
