A seperate Airconditioning is provided to keep cool during play. An easy Single electrical Switch is provided to switch of the games equipment off when not needed. A Large 8ft Oldhousen Slate Pool table Professionally installed for accurate playing. Cues, Chalk and ball provided. Large 7ft Air hockey table Large Sturdy Foosball Helex Electronic darts with sound effects TV and Music system with CD, Cassette and Radio A washing machine and a dryer is also installed in garage space to ensure the sound does not disturb your enjoyment while in the living area.
