Both the pool and the covered lanai/patio is fitted with lights to enjoy those darker warm evenings at the poolside. The screen provides privacy and keeps the unwanted leaves etc. outside to maintain good clean surrounding on the deck. Palm and pine trees surround the pool area for the Florida feel. The upgraded patio furniture with sun loungers and seats are padded for that extra comfort while enjoying the sun. The covered lanai area also permits smoking if you should desire. The pool water is continually cleaned and filtered. The huge water heater provide that warmth in the wintery seasons. A solar blanket also complements to keep the heat in the water during the night.
