A new track must be designed not only for speed but with the need for skilful and exciting driving as well.

Tracks need to be built that can cater for every type of on road radio controlled model car, which means incorporating sweeping and tight turns with long straights.

The track shown above was designed by Keith Plested of PB Racing, Hampshire. He not only designs model car tracks, but also builds, exports and races radio controlled model cars all over the world.

PB Racing have confirmed that they will assist with the development costs of a new track as well as fully design a new circuit to suit the site.

Bournemouth Auto Club already have a significant amount of funds available for the development of a new track, but will require further assistance depending on the type of location that is found and considered suitable.
