Borrowdale from Tongue Gill
Monday October 31st 1988
This was the same day as the incident of the sheep, and we had eventually made our way to the path which goes behind Castle Crag and heads for Seatoller. The view across Borrowdale towards Rosthwaite was superb, with blue sky, golden autumn colours, and frost lingering in the shadows of walls and hedges.
