| This picture was taken in the layby on the main Borrowdale road at Grange. We had missed the path down past Knitting Haws from High Spy (OK, so I got lost!) and it was just beginning to get dark (we had been delayed by the sheep) before we found it. Sally began to panic, and Bill wasn't too happy either!. I seem to remember Sally slipping several times on the wet grass of the final descent, which didn't improve matters. |
