Calf Cove
Tuesday April 30th 1991
We off from Wasdale Head with the intention of climbing Great End, which we had by-passed on several occasions. It was bitterly cold, with a howling wind blowing through the funnel of Styhead, and old snow in sheltered hollows. We climbed to the tundra-like summit plateau of Great End, and then went back down to Styhead near the start of the Corridor.
