BEAR IT YOURSELF
Here it is, at long last. Instructions, tips, hints and illustration on how to make your own Brad (or Marmalade!).
You have two choices: work your way through all 14 pages online, or wait a week or two, and I'll have it posted for download in a few well-known formats.
For now, I only have it as a zipped web archive: create a folder on your hard drive called Bears (or whatever you choose), and right-click on the download button. Choose "Save Target As", navigate to your new directory, and click OK. Use WinZip or similar program to unzip it to the same folder. When you're done, use Windows Explorer to navigate to your folder and double-click on the file marked HOWTO.HTM.
