  1. Occupations - See list under James AGUTTER
  2. Address up to 1841 8 St Georges Row Camberwell, Surrey 1852 Moor Square
  3. 1861 Census - Little Compton Street, Westminster, London
  4. 1852 Moor Square, Moorfields, London
  5. 1851 Census - 6 Garden Row, St Luke Old Street, City Road, Finsbury, London. James and Frederick have an occupation which looks like Patent Fire Wood Maker, but I cannot believe this can be correct. Patent Wood and Maker are quite clear the Fire is of that length and appears to start with an F, but I cannot think of another word that would fit this.
  6. 1861 Census - 12 Millfields? Place, St Mary, Stoke Newington, Middlesex. J
  7. 1871 Census - Metropolitan District Asylum, Caterham, Surrey.
  8. 1871 Census - Metropolitan District Asylum for Imbeciles, Caterham, Surrey.
  9. 1861 Census - 23 Crown Street, St Giles North, St Giles, Middlesex. Charles G AGUTTER is down as EGETTER but think correct person, right age and born in Camberwell. He is a visitor to the home of a Charles GROVES, who was an Compositor, aged 20 born Marylebone, Middlesex. Also in the house with them was a Margaret MALONEY, aged 18, born St Giles, Middlesex. I am certain this is the person Charles married, see note 10
  10. 1871 Census - Webber? Street, Waterloo Road, Lambeth London. I think this is the correct person as he is born in 1840 in Camberwell, his occupation appears to be Painter, but I think it is Printer, but his wife Margaret on this census was born in St Giles which is where he was in 1861.  With them on this Census are two cousins, a Kate ROEADON, aged 20 a Tailor, born Ireland and a William TURNER, aged 6 born St Giles, Middlesex.
  11. 1891 Census - Metropolitan District Asylum, Caterham, Surrey. I have not found Charles on the 1881 Census yet or his wife Margaret, but it appears from this Census that he ended up in the same Asylum as his brother Frederick. Down as a Patient and Lunatic.
  12. 1901 Census - Metropolitan District Asylum, Caterham, Surrey. Down as a Patient and Lunatic.

The idea of these charts is to give the same information that appears in the research we have done and put together in various books. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blueto be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
