  4. Hannah BENEWORTH is how Hannah's second name is spelt on her Baptism. On her marriage it is BENNEWORTH. We have standardised the spelling as BENEWORTH for all of the BENEWORTH Charts. There are lots of variations on how this name is spelt.
  5. Daughter of Samuel and Hannah BENNEWORTH
  6. 1841 Census - Wix Greens, Wix, Essex. Having now confirmed that Hannah did not die until 1843, I have found her on the 1841 Census, at this address. This is good as she is living with a James BENEWORTH and family. I am fairly certain it must be a son, so have put details on this Chart. Being the 1841 Census it tends to give ages rounded up or down for adults so James is shown as being 40, and therefore born in 1801, but it is possible that he is older than his sister. The informant at death of Hannah was a Sarah BENEWORTH which could have been he wife of James.
  7. 1851 Census - Ramsey, Essex. This Census has James as 53 and Susan as 46, so 1841 was rounded up and down. 
  8. 1861 Census - Brite? Vitner? Farm, Ramsey, Essex
  9. 1871 Census - Colchester Road, Wix, Essex
