  1. Isaac DANTON 1841 Census: Hereson, St Lawrence, Lodger Joseph CUTLER, Weaver born1806 Ireland
  2. Sarah and James MARTIN were living at 42 Queens Street, Southwark, London on the 1861 Census. There were three sons still at home on this Census, but I would think there were more children than this, because of the ages, the eldest was James R MARTIN age 21 a Mariner, born Ramsgate, Kent, next is Frank B MARTIN, age 12 a Scholar, born Ramsgate, Kent and finally Thomas C MARTIN, aged 9,also a Scholar and born in Ramsgate, Kent. Will need to do a new Chart for this family.
  3. 1871 Census - 36 Queens Street, Southwark London, James MARTIN is 57 and a Master Mariner, born Birchington, Kent, Sarah MARTIN is 56 and Thomas C MARTIN is still at home, aged 20 a Sorter for the GPO, he was born in Ramsgate, Kent.
  4. 1881 Census - Sarah L MARTIN was a Widow, age 66 born St Lawrence, Kent and living as Head at36 Queen Street, Horseleydown, Southwark, London. She had a Boarder and there was another family in the house with her.
  5. 1891 Census - Sarah L MARTIN was at 15 Curlew St, Southwark St John Horsleydown, London. She was 75 years old, and born in Ramsgate, Kent.
  6. 1851 Census - Northdown, St John the Baptist, Margate, Kent. - A Karen HAYES née TERRY contacted me on 10th February 2007 about this family. Hopefully I will receive more information. I have found them on the 1851 Census which has allowed me to put on a Chart for the family. At some stage hopefully I will be able to continue the line to Karen. She also tells me her Grandmother was a Marion Alice FASHAM who married an Edward James TERRY. There are two other FASHAM families on this page of the Census, both down as Northdown.
  7. 1861 Census - Cottage, Northdown, St John the Baptist, Margate, Kent

The idea of these charts is to give the same information that appears in the research we have done and put together in various books. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
