- Her father was Arthur James COBB born 5th December 1858 in Combe Keynes, Dorset,
baptised on 2nd January 1859 in Combe Keynes, Dorset. His
wife was Ruth WALLER,
born 19th January 1865 in Ewhurst, Surrey.

The father of David COBB was
another David COBB who was baptised on 22nd March 1789 in East
Stoke, he married twice, the first marriage was to an
Elizabeth HARVEY baptised 21st December 1790 and the
mother of David and five other known children, she was
buried on the 9th January 1837 at East Stoke aged 42. His
second marriage was to Elizabeth HUSSEY, who was baptised
22nd February 1801 in Affpuddle, and died Aged 79 and was
buried at East Stoke on 23rd February 1879. David died
aged 78 and was buried on the 2nd December 1866 at East
Stoke.
