Bacon and Cheese Sausages

This is a fantastic little recipe that I somehow cam across. It's a variation between the sausage and bacon rolls that you get with the Sunday roast, and one of my favourite sandwich fillers Cheese. It's a really easy meal to make and tastes great.

What's it like?
I don't think that this would be the best thing to eat if you're on a diet but it tastes fantastic. It can however be a really greasy meal so not a goodun to eat if you've just been out on a blinder of a night. Its not the cheapest meal to make but the taste is worth it.

What you'll need:

A couple of sausages,
A couple of slices of bacon,
A block of cheese,

What to do:

This is the really easy make. Cook the sausages as you normally would, till they are almost fully cooked. While they are cooking, start to cook the bacon a little, when the bacon's reasonably cooked. Take the sausages out of the oven. Cut a few strips of cheese of the block just wide enough to sit on top of the sausage. Then wrap the bacon around the sausage and cheese, then place the concoction back into the over on a low heat till the cheese melts. You may need to have a wooden cocktail stick though the bacon to keep it wrapped around the sausage, but when the cheese has melted, you should be able to remove the cocktail stick.
