We felt that we were telling you how to make loads of filling savoury food and that it was about time that we wrote a pudding for you, so we decided that pancakes were probably the easiest thing to make. What you'll need: Plain flour - 110g What to do: Blend the flour, sugar, eggs and milk until thoroughly mixed. Cover and leave for 30 minutes. Fry about 2 tablespoons of batter in the butter. Cook on both sides till lightly browned. Serve hot with a variety of toppings that I'm sure that you all know (if you don't let me know and I'll give you at least 10 options). |
