Daggers took control of the game from the off and were soon in front as Harry Short scored his third goal in two matches. The lead was doubled midway through the half when Darrell Wiffin scored his first goal of the season following a well-flighted corner. The second half saw some both teams play some good football with chances missed at both ends. D&R seemed to have wrapped up the points when Scott Thorne fired home the third goal. However a storming finish from UPR saw them score three times in the last five minutes including the equaliser just twenty seconds from the end.
