Trialists

The Daggers have signed three players on trial with a view to earning contracts for next season. The players are ex- Bristol City defender Marvin Harriot who was playing Conference football last season with Scarborough, Robbie Devereux, an ex-Colchester midfielder who also played in the Conference last season with Southport, and Paul Nicholls who is an ex-Chelsea youth goalkeeper. All three made their debut against Leyton Orient last night.

Youness Nabil

Youness Nabil, released from his contract at the end of last season, has joined a London All-Stars team that are touring the USA.

Fixtures Released

The Daggers fixtures for the coming season have been relesed by the Nationwide Conference. They can be found on the Fixtures/Results page, which can be selected from the left hand menu.

Tony Roberts Signs

The Daggers have filled the gap left by Paul Newell's departure by signing the ex-QPR, Millwall and Wales player Tony Roberts. Tony played for QPR for many years including the 1994/95 stint in the Premier League at which time he was firmly Number 1. He played for Millwall for a season before dopping into non-league with St. Albans at the start of 1999/2000 season before coaching in Tampa, USA for six months. Tony has two caps for Wales, gained when coming on as substitute for Neville Southall.
