7. Are you suprised at the way the Daggers have performed this year?
I'm not but I know there are a lot of people around that are. We were tipped to come straight back down by many but all the lads were very confident that we would give a good account of ourselves, and I think it is fair to say we have certainly done that.

8. Do think the Daggers can ever challenge for the Football League?
With only one promotion place available and 9 full time sides in the Conference this will be very difficult. The club is certainly moving in the right direction though and if we were to become full time I think we would stand a very good chance.

9. What do you think of the team spirit here compared to other teams you've been at (no jokes about alcoholic spirits!!) ?
The team spirit at the club is absoulutely superb and is one of the main reasons we are doing as well as we are. All the lads get on really well and there is a great atmosphere in the dressing room, with lots of banter and mickey taking!!!

10. Do you think that the Daggers need a bigger squad to be a force in the league?
We seem to be managing OK with the present squad but injuries and suspensions will obviously occur. A big squad does not guarantee success though, just look at Rushden.

11. Are there any players that you try to emulate?
I have always admired Ryan Giggs, no one can get near him when he's on top form. Also Mark Keen-LEGEND!

12. Which non-league player would you buy to improve the team?
Justin Jackson (Rushden & Diamonds). Scores goals and works his socks off.

13. Which professional player would you buy to improve the team?
I think Rivaldo is the worlds No.1 player, personal terms may be the stumbling block here though!!!!

14. Who is the best player you have ever played with?
Tim Cole!

15. How did you end up playing for the Daggers?
I had just finished an unsuccessful trial at Southend when Ted Hardy phoned me. The rest, as they say, is history!

16. What are your ambitions in football?
To play league football again, preferably with Dagenham & Redbridge!

17. Who is your room-mate when the Daggers stop overnight?
Paul Terry. No annoying habits to reveal i'm afraid!

18. Which aspect of your game would you most like to improve?
I would like to score more goals and become more consistent.

19. What do you rate as your best performance in a Daggers shirt?
Either Hitchin at home(18.12.99 W 4-1) or Hednesford at home(23.9.00 W 6-1)

20. Describe the best goal you have ever scored.
Lincoln in the FA Cup this season. Dribbled round there entire defence before almost breaking the net with a 25 yard thunderbolt. Honest!!!!! (Of course Mark - Ed)
