Tim started out with Walthamstow Pennant, but he unfortunately had to wait till September 1995 for his debut due to injury. He was signed by the Daggers in March 1997 from Leyton Pennant for a four figure fee after being watched by many Football League scouts.He has been named the Club Player of the Year on two occasions, in 1997/98 and 1999/00. He is an acomplished centre-back who can also play at right-back and when needed, in midfield. He has played for the Ryman League Representative Squad and also the FA XI.
