Born in 1977, Lenny started as a junior at Wimbledon before moving on to Gillingham for two years for a fee of £40,000. There he made five starts and nineteen substitute appearances, scoring one goal. From there he joined Welling and then St. Albans in the Ryman League where he was managed by Garry Hill along with his brother Chris. He can play as a forward but is best behind the front two where he can score and create goals. In his time at Farnborough, whom he joined with his brother from St. Albans, he scored 25 goals in just 65 Conference starts primarily from midfield. Lenny will be one of the full-time players.
