As you cross the Tamar bridge and leave England behind you, ahead is the magic of South East Cornwall. The mystery of Jamaica Inn on the high windswept Bodmin Moor with distant views of stone circles and old mine engine houses. Sweeping down towards the south coast passing farmland, isolated churches and wooded valleys.
You may wish to visit the historic fishing town of Looe, with it's quaint, narrow and crooked streets, which lead to the busy fishing quay and sandy beach. Or just along the rugged coast to Polperro with curious old cottages rising from the waters edge, up the steeply sloping hillside, all reminding you of it's old smuggling history.
