Firecracker XI - The Wrecks
The 11th annual Firecracker meeting again attracted some of the most exotic machinery to grace a banger racing track. With over 150 cars on display and Granadas and Japanesse tin excluded, there was a great selection of machinery even if the Jaguar XJ6 was the main machine. A demonstration race for Rolls Royces and Cadillacs proceded the 6 heats, two consolations and the final.

The final reult was a forth win for Sonny Sheerwood (348) from last years winner Chris Reed (633), there were no other finishers.

Due to the weather we left after the final, hence all these photos are pre the final.
