Champion of Champions - On Track
Over 100 cars in attendance including some 35 plus qualifiers for the Championship race. Material front was dominated by Mk2 Granadas, with eleven XJ6s and a couple of Rover P5s, a P4, couple of Crowns a Jaguar 420 and a Damiler DS420 hearse.
There were heat wins for Martin Dalton (58), Wilf Speak (318) and Andy Chisholm (383), the allcomers were won by Dalton (58) and James Medley (920), the meeting final went to Mark Simmonds (355) while Dave Vincent (22) took the DD.
Heat 1 and Matthew Sill (774) goes for James Dillon (152) in a big way...
leaving the Mk2 well bent!
John Worsencroft (51) puts Mark Bass (169) under pressure.

Gary Murell (272) was an obvious targt in the DS420 hearse.
