Pre '68 - Unders Action
The unders as is usual produced the most cars with a whopping 111 cars. There were 4 heats, 2 consolations, the Championship and a final into a DD. Hear wins for Ben Lawrence (417), Mark Mitchell (537), Ben Small (804) and Colin Carpenter (364). The consolations went to Paul Woods (514) and Scott Weldon (517), while Pete Corbett (470) took the championship. The final went to Mark Kelly (5) while Pete Giles (465) and Paul Joyce (270) sharred the DD which was brought to a premature end.

Simon Needle (70) gets involved with Caton (520) and Duncan Gill (366).


Mark Mitchell (4) takes out Needle (70).

Ben Lawrence (417) delivers a shot on Fred Casemore (836).

Ian Kitching (40) rolls into Reg Hartopp (126).


Heat 2 and Lee Peeper (717 gets his Mk1 Tina facing the wrong way!!

Darryl Edwards (234) half way thru his roll back onto 4 wheels, Pete Corbett (470) passes by.

Andy Dodge (298) takes a chunck out of Paul Oliver (738).


Before rolling on the back straight, unaided!

Scott Mowlem (396) avoids the stranded Jon Nicholson (310).

Edwards (234) managed a 2nd roll in the same heat!!


Nicholson (310) was hammered by Carlos Perez (05).

Perez (05) gets airbourne.

Rob Baker (90) takes a shot from Mark Edwards (700).


before loosing a wheel on the next hit.

Alan Huckle (38) attacks Scott Weldon (517).

As Keith Painter (46) destroys the Saab estate of Rob Bell (477).


Brian Cope (303) goes for a roll thanks to Steve Moore (39).

Painter (46) jacks down Paul Joyce (270).

Cope (303) comes to resrt on the armco.


Carl Noble (201) destroys Chris Sykes (114).

Perez (05) gives Matty Harris (22) the spin.

Simon Foreman (74) takes Pat McPhilimy (425) for a spin as McClagish (273) jacks James Stone (342).


John Broad (57) takes out Julian Annets (369).

Chaos on finish line with neddle (70) in the thick of it.

Jack Overy (617) takes out the Viva HA of James Paton (144).


Shaun Dyer (731) gives Andy Grice (304) the bone.

Brian Nash (600) chases down Rob Houghton (269).

Rowan Malt (218) takes out Grice (304).


Mark Welland (264) jacks up Glyn Gorton (227).

Mitchell (4) takes to the grass as Ben Small (804) rolls on the back straight.

But takes stick from Warlords Mark Kelly (5) and Weldon (517), final winner Corbett (470) is caught up as well.

Steve Thacker (75) and Kelly (5) combine to end Mick Cotton's race (313).


Phil Rainsford (499) goes in hard on Small (804).
