ORCI Banger Team Meeting - Action
13 teams of 8 drivers represented the ORCI promotions, with most teams complete this gave around 100 cars. The 1600 cc limit ensured that material was lacking though the Ford dominance of the 1600 cc is being eroded by Nissan Bluebirds.

Four heats with up to 4 cars per team was followed by an all in final (with 62 cars) were the point scoring races, with a DD to finish off with.

There heat wins for 8, Daz Owen (Incarace, Birmingham), 39, Steve McEvoy (Incarace, Birmingham), 348, Sonny Sherwood (PRI) and 331, Jason Jackson (PRI). Dave Barwick (91) took the final win for RDC, but it wasn't enough to stop Incarace from taking the Team prize from PRI and with RDC in 3rd place.
