100g (8oz) suet pastry.
(1) Devide pastry into 8 to 12 pieces, roll into balls with floured hands.
(2) Add to a stew, 20 minutes before it has finished cooking.
Dumplings may be cooked in boiling water for 20 minutes, then served as a sweet with jam or golden syrup.
