Basic Sponge Sandwich mixture
Jam or lemon curd.
Desicated cocnut.
(1) Heat oven to 200C, 400F, gas mark 6. Grease dariole moulds or patty tins.
(2) Place the mixture into the prepared tins and bake for about 10 minutes.
(3) When cold, coat with jam or lemon curd, roll in desiccated coconut and decorate with a glace cherry.
