Makes 24

150g (5oz) Self Raising Flour.
150g (5oz) Medium Oatmeal.
Pinch Salt.
75g (3oz) Caster Sugar.
75g (3oz) Margarine.
Milk to mix.

(1) Heat oven to 180C, 350F, Gas mark 4. Grease some baking trays

(2) Mix the dry ingredients, rub in the margarine.

(3) Add sufficient milk to make a soft dough.

(4) Roll out thinly and cut into 7.5cm (3inch) rounds.

(5) Place on the baking trays and cook for about 15mins.
