Use Pouring Batter
(1) For each pancake heat a small amount of oil in the frying pan. When it begins to smoke, stir the batter and place approximately 3x15ml spoon (3tbsp) into the pan.
(2) When golden brown underneath, turn and cook the other side.
(3) Turn out on greaseproof paper, sprinkle with sugar and roll up.
(4) Place on a hot dish and serve with syrup, lemon or orange juice.
Pancakes keep well in freezers or refrigerators
